Christy Garner

It is a great honor to accept the position as Treasurer for Wisdom's Way. When I was asked, I surprisingly found myself wanting to accept. This is something that is out of my comfort zone, but I find God continually bumping me forward. I am excitedly nervous about the year ahead. I look forward to this path God has put me on.

I wanted to tell a little about myself and my family for those who do not know me. My husband, Scott, and I are the parents of four wonderful children. Elizabeth is 11, Laura 9, Anna Grace 7, and Will is 4 months. We have homeschooled our children for the past 6 years. Like motherhood it is the best and hardest jobs in the world! Our family owns and operates WGMI 1440 AM radio in Bremen. It is a full time ministry that takes up most of our time. We also travel with my in-laws as a singing group, The Garner Family. We spend many weekends away from home, but when we are here we attend West Metro COG. My husband is the main drummer and I recently became the became the leader of The Expectant Mother's Ministry. Our life is full and rewarding and I look forward to adding the treasurer position to it! I love serving the Lord anyway He leads. I know through His guidance and your prayers, I can do all things needed of me.
